A Grace-Filled Journey of Growth and Integration
Juniors Meet – 6th & 7th December 2025

The Juniors Meet held on 6th and 7th December 2025 brought together 27 junior sisters for two days of reflection, learning, and joyful fraternity. The gathering began with an uplifting message from the Mother Provincial, who invited the juniors to nurture a deep sense of belonging through simple but meaningful gestures—respect in words, gratitude in attitude, and attentiveness in relationships. Her warm encouragement set a beautiful tone, reminding everyone that growth often begins with an open heart ready to receive.
Throughout the meet, the juniors were guided to rediscover how a vibrant love for Christ naturally blossoms into compassion for humanity. Thought-provoking reflections helped them recognize the beauty of expressing kindness in ordinary moments—greeting others with warmth, valuing the service of workers, and cultivating gentleness even in hurried situations. These reminders echoed the Salesian spirit, where holiness is woven into daily life through small, sincere acts of love.
The gathering also offered a space for deeper personal integration. Through insightful sharing, the juniors explored the sacredness of the human person, the gift of affectivity, and the importance of emotional maturity. They were led to reflect on the areas of personal human development and moral integrity that often challenge young religious today. Rather than treating these topics as burdens, the moments of reflection encouraged the sisters to approach them with honesty, prayer, and trust in God’s healing grace. They were invited to channel their energies into creative apostolic work, meaningful relationships, and spiritual practices that foster inner balance and freedom.
As the meet drew to a close, the Mother Provincial imparted a heartfelt Christmas blessing, sending the juniors back to their communities strengthened in spirit and united in mission. The two-day encounter became much more than a programme—it was a gentle pilgrimage of the heart. It blended spiritual depth, psychological insight, and Salesian family warmth, allowing each junior to return renewed, enlightened, and joyful in her journey of becoming a compassionate disciple of Christ.
